The retirement of experienced operators and the emerging skill gap in newer operators have lowered the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of many processing facilities. VPP addresses this by providing gamified training that reduces safety risks from operator errors. We provide both standard and custom VPPs for various process industries.
